This is a known issue. I believe Ducimus posted that he found out what the problem was, but I don't know that it's been fixed.

I didn't find the post from Ducimus doing a quick search, but I know I've seen it. It seems to be only in TMO, so if you throw RSRD on top of TMO, the issue goes away.
