I agree with you.
My last Factory job?
I got a Tie pin for 5 years Service.
They gave it to me while I was on the job.
I put it in one of my ear ring holes cause I had no where else to put it at the time.

I got wrote up for "Disrespecting the Company".
I quite shortly after.
