Do you mean darker color (black to more blue), or remove the water fog (opacity)?
If water fog (opacity) you want gone, then download the file I gave to Rulle34 in the thread beyond 8km. That Clear_IuB_Moon_scene.dat file is the same scene.dat from IuB except is it given the stock more clear water values. But its color is dark like RuB, instead of blue as in original game.

Here is a copy of scene.dat from IuB Mod by your request. It has the Large Moon by oRGy correction and works with the Visibility mod plus some RuB. I made the Water Clear as the stock original game was set. Now you can see your torpedoes hit die Schiff. I prefer it a bit more murky over stock, but this is stock values.
