GTS 250 would serve you well I think. I had a notch below that for 3 years, 8800GTS 512. That ran SH5 maxed at medium resolution with some antialiasing.
Good PSU... Antec is a solid brand. Problem is most bransds don't build their own units, they are typically produced elsewhere and rebranded. It's more important to figure out which factory it came from than who slapped a sticker on it.
This, and this are valuable resources when looking for a good PSU.

im not sure about that, ive seen some high enders for under 100.
just remember, im not playing SH5 and SC2 (the most intense) and im not goin dual monitor and playing on a 20' monitor not a huge HD Tv, and all i want is to be able to play SC2 and SH5 on maxed settings and a medium res (1440x900 or under)
Now the card you suggested is DirectX10 and from what ive figured on my own DirectX 11 is the next-gen type. im just trying to get some options you know?
ive been searching and so far ive found a couple promising cards and i would appreciate if you could tell me if any of them would work for what im asking of it, ANd if it with be compatible with my motherboard/Computer in general.

This one is based of Arclite's recommendation

This one looks Very promising, a review talked of playing Crisis on 1600 Series Resolution maxed, and it seems good. Not sure if 822 Mhz Core clock is bad or not though.
And P.s: About the PSU: It IS 30 Amps though, and a supposedly lasting 550W PSU, so does it really matter that the 5v rail has 2 more amps?
