Where does it say she is living in Oregon? I can't find that.
A cursory review of the Oregon Statutes shows no crime that involves "inciting religious hatred".
Without a citation of the statute, I can't opine on whether this is or is not a valid arrest.
Naturally, the news articles neglect to cite the actual statute this women was arrested for.
