Okay, so I'll change my

h.sie's high windspeed convergence distortion algorithm V1.0beta

into

h.sie's advanced high windspeed convergence distortion algorithm V1.1

which does the following:

1) Reduces weather change period (WCP) by a factor of about 5

2) At the end of every WCP, when new weather is calculated, and with a chance of, say, 10%, I set windspeed to a rondomly chosen low value between 1 and 7 m/s.
