Welcome aboard hecker, I'm not 100% sure but it may be hard coded but failing that I should imagine if it is doable you would need to use a programme such as SH3Editor.

As already pointed out the arming distance is 300m (400 for the Falke)...the reason being any closer and your sub would be damaged or destroyed by the explosion.
