The Outlaw Josie Wales, hands down, though it's my considered opinion that
Letters From Iwo Jima places him in the list of all-time great directors.
Guilty pleasure:
The Beguiled. Not a very good movie, but the only one I'm aware of in which he plays the bad guy and gets his just desserts at the end.

@ Buddahaid: I have a friend who has several Uberti replicas, including a .58 calibre Civil War rifle. He also owns a couple of real 1870s-era pistols, plus a Sharps and a rolling-block Remington.
