That's a very talented kitteh, as he's about halfway through the panther set AND he's doing it on the "other" side (left-handed... er... left-pawed).
And yes this really is a stance from that kata, only doing it on "the right" he would be clawing with his left and holding his right down at the left elbow.
Ah but alas I see he's neglected to pull his left back foot up into the proper position. Which would be... er... the cat stance. Maybe we should let him slide on that little omission.
