I guess it's an official term to use to denote someone not of Royal descent. I guess to a nation not used to a class system as much as we are it would be a bit more jarring. Still, either which way good on Harry, he's a decent chap and will make a good King when the time comes, both him and his brother have more of the common touch about them than their elders, I think they inherited that from their mother who is someone that will be dearly missed on the big day.
Once upon a time this would be a big day in the UK with lots of bunting and that around, sadly I suspect that it will be a rather quiet affair.
