I believe that when you exit SH3, the Sh3 Commander loads again. In other words, it is working just as it should. So, you activate the profile, Sh3 Commander comes on, you load SH3 from SH3 Commander, Sh3 Starts, Sh3 Commander switches off, when you are finished, you switch off SH3, then SH3 Commander turns itself back on, so you can use it again, by editing logs, going to the bar, assigning medals etc. You can hit the "X" at any time after SH3 exits, you don't have to wait for SH3 Commander to exit.
Have I understood you correctly?

more to the point WO, i think
YOU! have put your finger on the *problem.*
when i start through SHCommander it loads through APC and does the job of
switching everything off - correct.
then when SHCommander has done this job its time is over, it finishes - so, APC does its job now by
switching everything back on
SHCommader does not run constantly in the background of SH3 -am i right? it only saves the game settings on exit of the game?
if this is so, then, its logic that APC switches everything off then starts again as soon as SHCommander is finished - which is just before SH3 begins.
if this is right, how the H***

can i make APC run through Commander and into SH3. it would seem that this is not possible: i am only able to run APC just before SH3 or just before Commander, but not both?
i can only use *PAUSE PROCESSING* in APC.
i think i have understood you. but i dont think i know how to use APC to switch off everything at Commander and start again finishing with Commander.
i hope you understand this!!
i am very grateful for your time on this WO - it has helped clear out my missunderstaning - i think!!

When you are finished with the game, just reboot your computer.
Or you can do as above.
