Those riverboats should not be seen at
sea. I don't think they carried DCs or even hydrophones. They were rivervine craft. Look at the freeboard! So yeah, as close in coastal randfom things, they could rarely be seen, but they would not have prosecuted subs, IMO.
Lurker and I both deleted these things from our campaigns for that reason. They can be harbor traffic (what a waste of 3d modeling work). So
