You were right the GWX - Atlantic and US East only mod was the culprit, it came with BigBoyWooly's Wilhelmshafen, St Naz. Schleuse and xtra ships v5 and it overwrites Campaign_SCR.mis erasing the entry for the Corrientes!
I never thought of checking that specific mod because Las Palmas is in the Atlantic. I had it installed to reduce my loading times but I guess I'll have to switch back to the full campaign files.
