Well you could search for "Tracy's Karate" videos of the three established ones I did, I'm sure they're out there somewhere. Although I won't vouch for anyone else's performance of them, a lot depends on who you learn it from. It's one way that those in the know can tell you who studied with, every instructor tends to put his/her own little tweaks on things and pass it on. But the ones I did were:
- #1 Sword
- Little Tiger
- the Book Set aka the Panther Set. Although I did the complete version, I don't know how frequently that's taught. I learned the shorter version first and only learned the "missing section" recently.
There is no video of the one I made up, cuz it didn't exist until about six days ago.
