i *think*

i have configured AlacrityPC for sh3 correctly but i am wondering if i have to go through sh3Commander instead of just going through the sh3 executable path - i hope you understand me - as i have not done this before.
can i make changes in SHCommander and then activate the game through the AlacrityPC SH3 profile for these changes to be accepted in SHCommander and in-game?
as i say, i hope you understand this. Alacrity seems to be working: it shuts down unneccasary services before the game kicks in and then activates them again afterwards - does this affect SHCommander in any way?

or does it just by-pass SHCommader???

im a tad confused

(edit: i think i have only 37 proceses running while the game is on and double numerous others are stopped - seems better than Game Booster. i could probably get more shut down when i understand what they are.
any one with Alacrity running on their system may have some advice i would love to hear!!)

Edit, again at 5.09pm: a more simplified version: can SH3 be activated 'through' SHCommander using AlacrityPc. and do the changes that are made in SHCommader still take affect?
