Anyone who is not used to exhaustive physical labor will experience this same thing.
after a long hot day at work, my strategy was to come home, strip down to my skivvies, get a nice warm tub of water to soak my feet in, and next to my chair would be 6 beers in an ice chest.
as you soak your feet in the warm water (or cold if you desire) pop the top on the bottle of beer and rest it between your legs right up against your "junk". sip occasionally.
repeat this process until you consume all six beers or until the water temperature in the foot tub is no longer satisfying.
