Thanks for the help already recieved. Nikbear, I took the tip and increased my virtual memory, from 2024 to 3047mbs.

Did you give it a couple of minutes to start....the game needs that time on the first bootup?

FOLLOW THEM TO THE LETTER...DO NOT SKIP ANY MINOR DETAIL AND THAT INCLUDES THE DELETION OF THE SH3 FOLDER IN C\MYDOCS AS WELL AS THE REGISTRY CLEANUP.
THE MOD IS DOING EVERYTHING ASKED OF IT...THERE ARE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF INSTALLATIONS WORLDWIDE...BELIEVE ME, YOU ARE MISSING OUT SOMETHING SOMEWHERE...THE PROBLEM IS AT YOUR END.
