Is there a randomizer or something that determines what ships will be in harbor when you start the mission? Or during the mission will they change?
Or do I need a mod for that?
It would be nice to be able to sneak into Scapa Flow and be rewarded with a decent ship at dock for a change. Damn subnet sank me last time because of time compression.
