No problem!
If you are using JSGME, it's not a bad idea to save a copy of your current mod list to a text file somewhere on your computer. It helps if you have to start fresh and can't remember everything you were using.
Just open JSGME, click on "Tasks..." (in the middle of the interface) and go down to "Export activated mods list to..." and then create and save your list.
