Is San Fernando a harbour with a good amount of anchored ships? I've decided that as soon as I get 7500 renown, I'm OWNING that IXC that will take me down to the Caribbean!
However... I've only got 500 renown as per now. Oh, well! Will have to sink some ships, then! Watch out, Limeys!
