I'm all for including B-24s and B-25s and Lancasters... But if such planes are included the have to be historically accurate in their operation.

As far as a linear campaign of 25 missions... Why couldn't it be dynamic? There would literally be hundreds of factories, plants, airfields, rail yards, bridges etc to bomb in theory. And with nearly any start year the campaigns would differ a bit each time you played.

I chose 25 missions simply because that's how many a B-17 crew was required to complete (late war was 35).
US daylight bombing would be great, but the British night time saturation bombing would likely be boring. Now, low level Boomerang (Mosquito) raids on German ship yards would be more my style.

The 25 mission campaign idea is fine if it was selectable as historical or randomized. I'm half in love with some scripting to the historical campaign to reflect actual main battle points, as in when fighters appear, new fighters types arrive, changes in defense measures, smoke screens over target areas, etc.
