Aye, Photoshop CS5's content-aware scaling tool no doubt. Great tool, keeps things from looking silly when you scale something down/up.
Made this in 15sec maybe, far from perfect but shows the function of the tool well enough. Simply scaled it sideways, note the pilot's head and the number on the fuselage aren't 'squished' as would happen if you'd resize the picture using normal methods.

Photo #1 - Look the top area around the car, there's no "motion blur" streaks like everywhere else.
Photo #2 - Look at the wall just to the left of the car, two identical shapes there. Also, just right of the car, the wall is squished.
Photo #4 - The side of the mountain just to the left of the car has identical shapes all over it
Photo #5 - The bottom left part of the wall is smudged, compare it to the bottom right.
