If I vote for a third-party candidate they tell my I'm wasting my vote and hurting one side or the other.

So I tell 'em I voted for "None of the above". They tell me "If you don't vote, you have no right to complain." So if I don't like any of the candidates, I have no right to complain about all of them?

The biggest problem with public office is that the only people who want it are the worst ones to have there. Anybody who wants that kind of job doesn't deserve it, and we can't draft the ones who do.

So once-in-a-great while somebody comes along that I actually like, and I get told that I'm wasting my vote on him.

But I'm now starting on a second trip around the circle, so I'll go back to saying all this to myself.
