Nööö, not really: I said that right becasue it is more abstract it can teach you about other situations a bit better than a game which is more specific in its focus.
It's a gamer's version of the scientific reliability-validity-dilemma.

You cannot have both - the more you focus on the one, the less you get of the other, and vice versa.
