Woah, woah. Who said that? I have said many times over that the far-right's push towards theocracy was ludicrous, but they do not have a monopoly on insanity. And the style of argument used by both sides, which boils down to 'yeah.....well look what
they're doing' is one of the primary reasons that the American political landscape is in such dire condition. The politician no longer runs on his ideas; only on the fact that he is not his opponent. That is not a reason to vote for someone.
