Until yersterday, when my second monitor died, I would have been very interested in this idea. For the ability to choose which display to view on if nothing else.
Give it untill payday, then we shall be back in the land of duel view!
Being able to run sh3 and use a second monitor without sh3 minimising would be great...
As to the 'how' of it, that's best left to minds more technical then my own
