Yes it's pretty shocking. Almost seems like an episode from NCIS. Quite a bit of an uproar that his pension will stay intact. I agree with those that think that money should be going towards the victims and their families. How does it work in the USA in regards to military personal committing such heinous crimes with so many years service? Would he/she retain their pension?
