@ SteamWake. thanks for that. i had it out yesterday took a good look at it and did some cleaning, i have always been one for cleaning these things out occasioanlly. its running now on this comp. no problems so far......
.....i rekon ill leave it while im hunting for the new one - and if it goes again meantime, then i will know. i think the general concensus here and from my tech. friend is that it is pooped - or on its way to pooping. ive been looking at a few on the internet and in the shops today. rekon i can get a good one for £60-70 with a gig of memory. after all im only sinking ships!!
