My apologies. I believed that I clearer than I was in using 'wars with nuclear weapons' as a reference to a global thermonuclear exchange. I was not directly refering to the dropping of the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasakii in that statement, as they were not actually nuclear 'exchanges'. I am sorry that I was unclear on the matter.
