Get Silent Hunter IV too and the U-boat expansion!
With supermod it's awesome!
and umm don't forget Dangerous Waters if graphics is not your main concern. It's really the one game on modern naval warfare. LWAMI or DWX supermod enhances the game too..pretty substantial even.
