You need to go to data/crew/head and check the contents of each folder:
OFF
3 files in head 01, 02, 03
POS
3 files in head 01,02,03,04,05
If you have files missing copy them from your data backup! (you did make a copy right?)
Alternatively, d/l the mod again...........
