If you have a bucket list, put Portsmouth at the end, because you do want to do all that other stuff first.
I've half wrecked boats in Portsmouth before the war even breaks out.
No depth and only nothing wide. You can't turn a sub in that space, so once you enter the neck you are committed, unless you feel like backing out.
