Go to Control Panel, System and Security, Action Center, then under User Account Control, Choose your UAC level.
It means that you don't have to click ok every time a program wants to do something, if you run a tight ship then it shouldn't be an issue, if your security is a bit lax then probably not the best idea.
If you totally rely on 360 then I'd recommend some progs like superantispyware, adaware, malwarebytes. As an MCP on XP you should be more than aware of security.
Scan, scan, rescan, backup, scan again!
