What a lovely gesture.
Even if it's just a publicity stunt, it's in good taste and well done (compared to other such stunts that 'celebrities' have engaged in over the years), but I don't think it was due to the fact that the school only found out ten minutes in advance and the worlds media wasn't alerted.
