Click on the "Compass" icon on the lower left. Then, you'll see an icon with a "clock and semi-circle dotted line". At any speed you choose to travel, click on that icon and it'll tell you the maximum distance you can travel at your current speed. The most fuel economical speed should be 9.5 to 10 knots.
