I'll let you know after it gets fixed, the PC games got a list of bugs longer than Hockenheim's straights before the circuit change.

Codemasters is working on a patch but they've done an Ubi and released an unfinished game that still has its bugs. Haven't heard about always having to be online to race in SP though. From the few user reviews I've seen around the net multi is fun but single player needs refinement.

That's the unofficial bugs list topic at the codemasters forums, its 181 pages long and over 200k views so hopefully they're paying attention.
