They are pretty simple, just a single wire connection. You may be able to get a kit which will let you attach RCA jacks to the wire.

ERm... quite often not a single wire connection.
Im a little confused as to the first photo appears to be simple zip wire.
Quite often used with 'coax' cable where the outer ground conductor is connected to the outside shell of the RCA jack and the center conductor is connected to the center pin. In the case of zip wire one wire goes to the shell and the other goes to the center pin. Just observe polarity.
These things can be a royal pita to solder at times depending on which cable is being used.
You should be able to find them already made up quite easly at your electronics store.
