The 30th Flotilla had six Type II's sailing out of Constanza. My apologies to Donner, whose text I'm borrowing, but the story of how they got there is great. Can you imagine passing a uboat on the highway?

Each of the stripped down hulls weighing 140 tons was taken on a raft made of five pontoons to Brunsbüttel via the Kiel Canal. From there the rafts were taken up the Elbe as far as Dresden where the hulls were unshipped and then each placed on two 70-ton road transporters. They made the long journey down the autobahn until they reached Ingolstadt. There they were again placed on rafts and towed down the Danube to Linz. After arrival at Linz, the boats were reassembled and then towed between two barges to Rumania. At Galati the boats were recommissioned and based at Konstanza, Rumania on the Black Sea.

Now if someone can figure out how to add grid squares to the Black Sea, the 30th will be in business...
