My folks called and say their Win 7 PC is autohiding the Taskbar and the Browser bars when the browser is open. When the browser is not open, the taskbar acts normally.
I worked this over the phone, so I cannot say I "saw" it, but I had them right click the taskbar, properties, and the taskbar auto hide feature is unchecked. Had them check it, and then uncheck it, but the bars still hide and pop up when the browser is running.
Any idears??
