Unless you merged it with its parent mod, "A Fistful of Emblems v1.51 (Weathered)" has no effect in game - it requires its parent mod to be installed first.

It might also be that FX_Update_0_0_3_ByTheDarkWraith needs to go before IRAI (not sure though).
