Iv'e seen these mods im looking for in people's signature. But now, I cannot find them for the life of me! Im looking for:

Launch Deep Torpedo's Mod - Any depth
The high speed mod - Travel up to 40knots

Prefferable for NO GWX


Also, Im interested in modding myself. I own a game-server for another game and im quite gifted in coding C . What would I need to do to create my own mods?

And will these mods (the ones above) cause server crashing if I attempt to use them online? Does every client need the mod to stop crashing? Or will it work? (Using for LAN and my own Server)
