Yes, I do have the longer repair times mod. Perhaps that is the one. It's no great loss, certainly not enough to cause me to reinstall. I've found that with a torpedo qualified officer and few qualified PO's I can get the most efficiency; everything else seems less dependent upon qualifications, except for the hydrophone room where I always have a radio qualified man at the phones.
