Last election over 1 million Swedes didn't vote. That's aprox. 10% of the entire population...don't know how many have the rights to vote though.

That still represents 80+ percent of the voters voting. How do you guys manage that? Please tell us how. In my country we are lucky if we break 50% voter turnout. And that only occurs every four years when we elect a President. Midterm elections we probably won't break 40%.
