I feel your pain. I'm in '43 in my IID and I just lost 2 torpedo loaders, both radio guys and the medic. That leaves my with a torpedo officer (but he's the watchman too...), no medic, and very little hydrophone/radar skills
Ironicly the medic was the first to be injured and die
