So release it, especially that it's ready.
Competition can only bring benefits (unless it turns into hostility, which is unlikely). And if you won't release it - share ideas/files - I'm in constant search for good map tools and ideas for better "Styles" or add-ons for this mod. Diversity (like competition) also brings rather good things.
