Default Russian version localization (fonts) technical issue

A Russian player not speaking English PMd me with a question. I translate it as it is, with only small changes, as I can't be sure I know what he is speaking about, so adding my interpretation could only damage the sense:

I'd like to know where to find shapes of Russian letters in a script. For example: in "Krauter's Scripts" it's described where the game takes Russian font from:

In my game I have it in Russian, as "menu" file is Russian as well.

So the problem is: where is the font for Krauter's script named "Post Torpedo Launch, Escorts Present"? I translated it to Russian, but the game interprets my translation as series of question marks: "??????????????".

TDW's in his mod added folder "Fonts", and the "ChalkMini" font was left unlocalized. I need to substitute it with a similar, but Cyrillic font. I don't even know how to open the file "ChalkMini.off", not to mention creating a new one for substitution.

Help, please.
