I love AM65/62 (adjacent to each other, 62 on top) as you can literally sit there and merchants keep coming to you steadily. Several task forces start in that area which is always a bonus, and the Hood is sometimes parked in AM62 until the task force starts.

Personal fav is CG96, Gibraltor is always full of good merchant ships and warships are always parked there and just increase as time goes along. CJ87 becomes my next poaching spot once I transfer to La Spezia, can sometims catch entire convoys coming through.
