I have the same problem with US subs, however for german subs in your TDC there is a switch or knob that allows you to fire either single or salvo shots. Set it to salvo ... then on the TDC you will notice another knob/switch that allows you to choose which combo of tubes you wish to fire. Make your selection.
Then ... when you order one of those tubes open ... all of your selected tubes will open. Test it out ... and confirm via external camera before you commit to the method in actual combat conditions.
