Carrot cake has to have the right icing, the wrong type and the carrot cake is a dud. Previous owners of a cafe in my hometown use to make the best carrot cake ever tasted, when they sold the shop the new owners changed the icing. I complained to deaf ears, no one buys their carrot cake and they wonder why.
