i sat back and thought about it one day.... after i purchased SH3 and installed it on my computer, i didn't even run my first patrol in stock trim. went looking for a patch and found this place and then found GWX 2.1 and downloaded it and installed it and never have ever played stock SH3, but i do agree. i have S-Hunters from 2 to 5 and 3 is just unexplainable as its replay value is exceptional. i think what it is though is that the game can be either very authentic or arcade and the fact thats its very easy to mod to the way you play. i would have to salute all those that have ground there brains in the computer screens creating mods and burning their keyboards up on this site making SH3 in my opinion one of the greatest sims i have ever played and continue to play and plan on playing as i get older
